Life on the Graveborn
What being on the team actually looks like
Monday Ranked
Full team comp sessions. We review strats, coordinate hero picks, and push the ladder together. Serious when it counts.
Tuesday Quickplay
Casual night for hero experimentation, team bonding, and trying out new strategies without the pressure of ranked.
How We Operate
Sessions are coordinated through Discord. The captain calls the shots; everyone is expected to communicate and adapt.

Zero Tolerance for Hate
No slurs, hate speech, or hateful rhetoric of any kind — in voice, chat, or otherwise.
We represent Lich Souls Gaming in every match. If you wouldn't say it on stream, don't say it in comms.
Teamwork Makes the Dreamwork
Be willing to swap heroes when the team needs it. Stubbornly holding a pick that isn't working hurts everyone.
Your favorite hero is irrelevant if the team is losing. Flexibility is a skill — develop it.
Maintain Respect
Treat teammates and opponents with respect. Toxicity, trash talk, and blame-shifting are not tolerated.
Tilt is the enemy of performance. Stay constructive, stay focused, and trust your teammates.
Stable Connection Required
A proper, stable internet connection is required to be on the team. Frequent disconnects or lag spikes that affect matches can result in removal.
Packet loss costs rounds. If you're having persistent connection issues, sort them out before session night.
Rules of Rank
What it takes to earn and hold a roster spot
Hero Depth per Role
You must know how to play at least 3 heroes in the role you apply for.
One-tricks don't make the cut. Counters exist, and you need to be able to respond to them.
Multi-Role Competency
You must be able to play at least 2 roles at a competitive level.
Team compositions shift. Players who can flex keep us adaptable when the meta demands it.
Core vs Alternate
Core spots are for players who consistently show up for Monday and Tuesday sessions. Alternate slots are for skilled players who can sub in when needed.
Availability and reliability earn you a core spot. Absence without notice moves you to alternate.
Captains Lead by Example
The Captain and Vice Captain are responsible for team morale, shot-calling, and session coordination.
Leadership isn't about rank — it's about stepping up when it matters and keeping the team together through rough patches.
Common Questions
Do I need to be a high rank to apply?+
We care more about consistency and attitude than peak SR. Show us you can communicate, adapt, and commit to sessions.
What happens after I submit my application?+
Leadership reviews within a few days. You'll hear back through Discord. Make sure you're in the LSG Discord server.
Can I be on the waitlist and in the SoT guild at the same time?+
Yes. The Graveborn and Liches Be Crazy are separate communities. You're welcome in both.
What if my availability changes after I join?+
Let leadership know via Discord as soon as possible. Attendance matters, but life happens — communication is what counts.
Can I spectate a session before applying?+
Reach out to leadership on Discord. We're open to it for serious candidates.
