The Discord
Almost everything happens on our Discord server: questions, event sign-ups, game nights and help from staff. It is the quickest way to get an answer, usually within the day.

Report a problem with the site
Found a bug, a broken page or a typo? Use the bug button in the chat bar at the bottom of any page. It records the page you were on and goes straight to our developer. For a problem in one of our games, use the report option on that game's page.
Help with your account or a purchase
Signed in? Your open requests, such as souls shop orders and clan mentor tickets, are on your tickets page. The community guide answers most common questions, and What We Store explains the data we keep and how to have it removed.
Reporting a member
If someone breaks the community rules, message any moderator on Discord with what happened and, if you can, a screenshot. Reports are handled privately.
