Sea of Thieves Guild

Liches Be Crazy

Hunt the World. Hold the Loot.

We run world events, stack the best loot on the seas, and fight off anyone bold enough to challenge us for it. A crew of 24. Every berth earned.

What sailing with the fleet actually looks like

What We Do

World event stacking, treasure runs, and Hourglass PvP. We play the full game — organized fleet sessions mixed with casual voyaging.

On Stream

Guild leadership and community creators stream regularly on Twitch and TikTok. Sailing with us might put you in a highlight clip or a community video.

Reaching Level 100 earns the crew Distinction 2— a permanent prestige milestone recognizing the fleet's standing on the seas.

Crew Roles

Every sailor has a duty aboard the ship

Helm

Navigation & steering. The helmsman controls ship positioning in combat and world events.

Cannons

Gunnery & combat. You load, aim, and fire. The crew's teeth against enemy ships and skeletons.

Flex

All-rounder. Comfortable across multiple duties — a flexible crew member adapts to whatever the ship needs.

Bilge

Repairs & defence. You keep the ship afloat, bail water, and board enemy vessels when needed.

The Guild Code

Rules of the fleet — full details at /rules/sot

  1. Respect the Crew

No toxicity, slurs, or intentional griefing — both inside the guild and toward other crews on the seas.

We sail to have fun and build content. Toxic behavior tarnishes the Lich Souls Gaming name. Win with class, sink with grace.

  2. Pledge Your Ships

To maintain guild progression and leveling, members are expected to pledge at least one Captained ship to the fleet when a slot is available.

A Lich needs a vessel. Pledging your ship allows other guild members to sail it, earn shared Guild Reputation, and help everyone level up the guild ledger even when you're offline.

  3. Don't Ghost the Fleet

Inactive players who haven't sailed or contributed to the Guild Ledger for more than 30 days without notice may be moved to the Deckhand Waitlist to free up slots for active sailors.

Sea of Thieves limits guilds to 24 members. Every slot needs to be working toward that shared guild emissary value. Inactives are always welcome to stay in the Discord and website community.

  4. Answer the Call

If a fellow guild member posts in Discord that they need a crewmate, an open crew slot, or defense against a toxic reaper — prioritize joining them if you're free.

We don't sail alone. A Lich always backs up their own.

  5. The Seas are Streamed

Be aware that sailing with the Guild Leader or designated community creators means you might be featured on Twitch, TikTok, or community videos.

Keep comms clean enough for the stream, bring your best energy, and let's make some great clips.

Common Questions

Do I need to be Pirate Legend to join?+

No. Emissary rep helps us understand your experience, but attitude and reliability matter more. We'll teach you the ropes if you're committed.

What happens after I apply?+

The crew reviews applications within a few days. You'll be contacted through Discord — make sure you're in the LSG server.

What does 'pledging a ship' mean?+

A captained ship can be pledged to the guild so other members can sail it and earn shared Guild Reputation, even when you're offline. It's how we level up the guild ledger together.

Can I join if I'm on console?+

Yes — Sea of Thieves is crossplay. The guild uses Xbox gamertags for roster tracking.

What happens if I go inactive?+

Members who haven't sailed or contributed to the Guild Ledger for 30+ days without notice may be moved to the Deckhand Waitlist to free up slots for active sailors. You're always welcome in the Discord.

A Berth Awaits

We're recruiting. If you can hunt world events, hold a cannon, or keep us from sinking — we want to hear from you.
