General Rules

These rules apply across every Lich Souls Gaming space and platform. Community-specific rules are supplemental — these always apply first.

    Community Representation

    When participating in any Lich Souls Gaming space — Discord, the website, game servers, or otherwise — you represent this community. Conduct yourself accordingly at all times.

    Respect & Conduct

    Treat all members and staff with basic respect. Harassment, bullying, or targeted behavior toward any member will not be tolerated regardless of platform.

    Zero Tolerance Content

    Discriminatory, derogatory, NSFW, or hateful content is prohibited across all Lich Souls Gaming platforms — including profile content, posts, and any user-generated material on the website.

    Member Privacy

    Do not share, post, or distribute personal information about other members without their explicit consent. This includes real names, locations, photos, or any other identifying details.

    Account Integrity

    You are responsible for your account and all activity under it. Do not share your credentials or access accounts belonging to others.

    Impersonation

    Impersonating staff, other members, or official Lich Souls Gaming accounts in any context is prohibited.

    Website Content

    Content submitted to the website — posts, profile info, images — must be appropriate and relevant. Spam and unsolicited advertising will be removed. Any media shared on Lich Souls Gaming platforms may be used by Lich Souls Gaming freely and without further request, including but not limited to social media and content creation.

    Platform Abuse

    Automated access, scraping, or any attempt to exploit the website's systems is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate permanent ban.

    Reporting

    Report rule violations through the appropriate staff channels. Do not publicly call out members — bring it to staff privately.

    Staff Authority

    Staff decisions are final. Appeals may be made privately and respectfully. Public disputes with moderation decisions will be treated as a continued infraction.

    Each community within Lich Souls Gaming has its own additional rules. These general rules take precedence, but community-specific rules apply in their respective spaces on top of them.
