What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser when you visit. They allow the site to remember information about your visit — in our case, exclusively to keep you signed in across page loads.
Cookies We Use
We set only the following cookies, all of which are strictly necessary for authentication. We do not set any advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| authjs.session-token | Maintains your authenticated session. Without this, you would need to sign in on every page load. | 30 days |
| authjs.csrf-token | Protects against cross-site request forgery (CSRF) attacks by verifying form submissions originate from this site. | Session |
| authjs.callback-url | Temporarily stores where to redirect you after completing the sign-in flow. | Session |
No Tracking or Analytics
We do not use cookies or any other tracking technology for advertising, behavioral profiling, or analytics. No third-party advertising networks or data brokers have access to your browsing activity on this Site. There are no pixel trackers, fingerprinting scripts, or social media tracking widgets embedded on the Site.
Third-Party Cookies
The only external service that may set cookies during your use of the Site is Discord, during the OAuth sign-in flow. These cookies are set by Discord on Discord's own domain and are governed by Discord's Privacy Policy. We have no control over them and they are cleared once you complete or cancel the sign-in process.
Managing Cookies
You can view, manage, and delete cookies through your browser settings. Deleting or disabling the authentication cookies listed above will sign you out and prevent you from using authenticated features (direct messages, profile editing, wall posts, etc.) until you sign in again. It will not prevent you from browsing public pages and profiles.
Instructions for managing cookies in common browsers: Chrome · Firefox · Safari
